Tiga Tiered Bowl: Three-Tiered Design Made of Coconut & Wood, Hand-Bound
This unique tiered bowl consists of three half-shells made from real coconut shell material, held together by four slender wooden rods. The Tiga Tiered Bowl combines simple elegance with traditional Balinese craftsmanship. Carefully connected with sisal fibers, it creates a natural and rustic arrangement that is perfect for stylishly accompanying social moments – whether as a snack bowl at a garden party, for nuts and dried fruits during a cozy movie night, or as a decorative container for dried flowers and shells. Each piece radiates the unadulterated charm of tropical handmade work – authentic, robust, and full of character.
Three Levels, One Meaning – Enjoy Together
The name “Tiga” means “three” in Indonesian and symbolically represents harmony, structure, and sharing. In Bali, multi-tiered bowls are traditionally an integral part of ritual offerings and festive buffets. Our Tiga interprets this tradition for modern everyday life – light, natural, and always an eye-catcher.
Tradition Meets Craftsmanship
The bowls are made from recycled coconut halves, which are hand-sanded and drilled. The connection of the individual levels is made using fine wooden rods bound with natural sisal fibers – completely without metal or plastic. The construction is stable and intentionally kept natural: visible fibers, small irregularities, and color nuances are not flaws but expressions of true craftsmanship, making each piece unique.
